The purpose of this framework agreement is the long-term leasing of passenger and commercial cars for the purposes of the CAPG. These vehicles are intended to ensure the travel of the employees of the CAPG and its autonomous control of Transports Sillages to cover the missions assigned to them. Sillages is a local authority with sole financial autonomy, managing the public transport network of the CAPG which is the Urban Transport Organizing Authority.
