Description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to lay down the conditions for half-stay residential care for adolescents who arrive in the Community of Madrid without family accompaniment, aged between 12 and 17 (until the day immediately preceding the age of 18), cared for by the Directorate-General for Children, the Family and the Promotion of Births (hereinafter referred to as DGIFFN) and to lay down the procedure for their provision, through contracts based on this Framework Agreement. All this, within the configuration of protection centres as safe and well-treated environments, to which Organic Law 8/2021 of 4 June 2021 on the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents from violence (hereinafter LOPIVI) refers. The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once contracted under the contracts resulting from it, will be integrated into the Public Network of Child Protection Centres, under the DGIFFN of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs.
