Description

The City of Espoo and Kiinteistö Oy Espoo Central Kitchen (later also the Client) are asking for offers on the purchase of roof snow drops and removals. The target of the procurement is the removal of snow from the roofs of buildings during the contract period, as well as loading and the removal of snow caused by the fall. The service to be acquired includes the City of Espoo, Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuskitchen, Kiinteistö Oy Opinmäki Campus, Weegee Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Tapiola Louhi, Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Koulu ja kindergartentila, Espoon Sotekiinteistöt, Espoon Elä ja Asu Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylän Swimming Pool buildings falling, loading and removing snow from the roof. The procurement is carried out as a framework agreement in accordance with the Procurement Act. A maximum of four (4) Service Providers will be selected for the framework agreement in order of preference. The Agreement is due to start on 1 November 2025, subject to its entry into force upon signature by the Parties. The contract is valid until 31 October 2029. The procurement is not divided into sub-areas.
