Description

Ausschreibungsgegenständlich ist ein Leistungsvertrag, der die folgenden Lieferungen und Leistungen umfassen soll: (i) Lieferung von Neureifen für die Busse der IVB samt RDKS-Sensoren und Ventilen, (ii) Demontage und Entsorgung der Altreifen (iii) Montage der Neureifen an den Felgen und Querschneiden der Spurreifen sowie Montage der RDKS-Sensoren und Ventile, (iv) bedarfsweises Auswuchten und die (v) Unterstützung der IVB bei der Erstellung eines Konzepts zur Kostenoptimierung beim Reifeneinsatz. Der Leistungsvertrag soll auf die definitive Dauer von einem Jahr abgeschlossen werden. Optional besteht für die Auftraggeberin die Möglichkeit, diesen Leistungsvertrag zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr zu verlängern. Bei der Option handelt es sich um ein einseitiges Gestaltungsrecht der Auftraggeberin; sie kann nach ihrem freien Ermessen den Leistungsvertrag verlängern oder beenden.
