Przedmiot zamówienia jest zróżnicowany pod względem zakresu prac w zależności od lokalizacji budynku, polega na wykonaniu robót budowlanych - termomodernizacji, likwidacji niskiej emisji oraz robót objętych decyzjami Powiatowego Inspektora Nadzoru Budowlanego (dalej PINB) w Bytomiu w budynkach położonych przy Pl. Wolskiego 7, ul. Rostka 12, ul. Piekarskiej 40, ul. Konstytucji 118, ul. Murarskiej 17 zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją projektową, prawomocnymi decyzjami o pozwoleniu na budowę, zgłoszeniami robót niewymagających pozwolenia na budowę, decyzjami PINB
