1. The subject of the contract is the sale and supply of laboratory equipment and accessories for the Laboratory of Applied Geology of the Faculty of Geology Part 1. Purchase of a laser diffraction (LD) based particle size analyzer with a wet dispersion module with an ultrasonic probe and a particle measurement camera in the analyzer. Part 2. Purchase of BESv3 Signal Condicioning Unit with pressure controller for soil strength analysis. In part 2, the subject of the contract should be compatible with the three-axis compression chamber owned by the Faculty of Geology equipped with bender elements manufactured by GDS Instruments and testing control software GDSBES and GDSLAB2026, the subject of the contract is an extension and modernization of the research equipment system owned by the Contracting Authority 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as ‘the tender specifications’ or ‘SWZ — ‘Technical specifications — OPZ’ 3. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract and delivery of the subject of the contract are set out in Article 3 of the FTZ.
