As a delegated developer/total contractor, Nordstern provides engineering services in connection with the construction of public housing. The homes must be handed over to the housing association Ringgården. The project (Gavlhuset) deals with the construction of public housing south of Daugbjergvej on Trælasten in Aarhus. The dwellings will be built as a turnkey contract by Nordstern on top of the previously built basement on the property.
