Description

Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (ICT) (FMA) invites interested tenderers to qualify for participation in a dynamic procurement scheme for software licences (hereafter called the DPS scheme or DPS). The relevant software licences and main categories are to be accounted for in this document. The scheme applies to both purchase and maintenance of software licences, depending on the subscription type. The procurement will be carried out as the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The DPS scheme includes software licences that are already managed by the contracting authority and users stated above, as well as some new establishments.
