Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’), which covers work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and holdings, trees, maintenance of forest tourist facilities, seed production, nursery management, water drainage, nature protection to be carried out in the Tuchola Forest District in 2026. The period of execution of the order, during which they will be transferred by the Ordering Party: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2026. If the contract is concluded earlier than before 2 January 2026, the contract will start to be performed from 2 January 2026. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes the total amounts of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as possession, trees, maintenance of forest tourist facilities, seeds, nursery management, water drainage, nature protection resulting from Annex 2 to the FTZ,
