Description

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in servicing the banking budget of the city of Zabrze and its budgetary units, including the Municipal Office, in the years 2026-2030. The list of budgetary units to which the service will be provided is set out in Part III of the FTZ, i.e. in the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of units as a result of possible organizational changes. In the event of the establishment of new units, their banking services will be carried out on terms consistent with the concluded contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Part III of the FTZ and the draft provisions of the contract.
