Description

Die Baustelleneinrichtung wird nach den spezifischen Anforderungen des Projekts geplant. Zufahrten und Lagerflächen werden im Baustelleninstallationsplan festgelegt. Die Bodenplatte und das erdberührte Gartengeschoss werden in Betonbauweise ausgeführt. Die Aussenwände und Sockelbereiche des aufgehenden Holzbaus sowie ein Pflanztrog werden in Sichtbeton im Schalungstyp 4.1, BOK 3 erstellt, um die gestalterischen Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Zudem wird die westseitige Aussentreppe in Ortbeton ausgeführt. Der Anschluss des Gartengeschoss in Massivbauweise an den Holzbau erfolgt thermisch getrennt. Sämtliche Betonkonstruktionen werden nach statischen Vorgaben bewehrt und fachgerecht ausgeführt. Die gemauerten Bauteile werden im Bereich des Gartengeschosses ausgeführt. Kalksandsteinwände werden vollfugig gemauert. Es kommen geeignete Materialien zum Einsatz, die den baulichen und statischen Anforderungen entsprechen.
