The contracting authority provides for a contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law Act for a value of not more than PLN 2,100,000.00 net. The contract may be awarded on a road falling within the scope of the basic contract. The scope of the contract will include: - measuring works - demolition of concrete curbs with a concrete bench with export to the construction site and disposal at the contractor's expense - milling of asphalt surfaces - making grooves for curbs - setting of concrete curbs gr.20 cm on a concrete bench with resistance - cleaning and condensing of construction layers - making an equalizing layer of asphalt concrete gr. 4 cm - making a binding layer of asphalt concrete gr. 6 cm - making an abrasive layer of asphalt concrete gr. 4 cm - making a foundation of concrete C3/4 thickness of the layer after thickening 20 cm on the extensions of the slopes - making a foundation of broken aggregate mechanically stabilized 15 cm thick after thickening on the extensions of the slopes - making a supplement to the surface of the downhill of mechanically stabilized aggregate 7 cm thick after compaction - trough under the paved shoulder - making the paved shoulder - making the ground shoulder and slopes - rearranging the u-1a pillars and road signs - making horizontal marking Conditions on which similar contracts will be awarded:  Negotiations will be conducted, during which the parties will determine the detailed scope of the contract, the date of performance of the contract and the amount of remuneration,  the Contractor of the basic contract will perform them to the same standard as for the basic contract. 3. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on-site at the Contracting Authority, referred to in Article 131 para. 2 of the PPL Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not provide for settlement between the Ordering Party and the Contractor in foreign currencies. 5. The contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender was the highest scored, as regards the lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the procedure. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to perform key tasks in person in accordance with Articles 60 and 121 of the Public Procurement Act. 8. The contracting authority does not envisage the conclusion of a framework agreement. 9. The contracting authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous tender using an electronic auction. 10. The Contracting Authority does not require or make it possible to submit tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or to attach electronic catalogues to the tender, in the situation referred to in Article 93 of the Public Procurement Act 11. The contracting authority does not provide for the requirements indicated in Art. 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Act. 12. The contracting authority provides for the requirements indicated in Art. 1 in the scope of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point. XXVI.1. SWZ (service of equipment and devices and hand-made works.) in the scope of contract performance.
