The subject of this contract are: successive deliveries of foodstuffs intended for current nutrition in the assortment and quantities included in the schedules constituting Annex No in EXCEL format – Annex No 1a to the FTZ. 2. The Ordering Party points out that cyclical deliveries should each time be adjusted by weight and subject to the order placed. 3. The Ordering Party does not provide for the division of the assortment included in the individual parts of the contract referred to in point. 4. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the FTZ. 5.
