Description

The object of the framework agreement is the purchase of consumables for the calculation technique and their delivery to the representative offices of the Romanian Automobile Register-R.A., a purchase that is made from own funds. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation (Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016 and Article 103(1) of Government Decision No 395, as amended), subject to a deadline of 18 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. - The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for additional clarifications/information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders (Articles 160(2) and 161(1) of Law No 98/2016 and Articles 27(2) to (4) and 103(2) of Government Decision No 395/2016). - The contracting authority will not reply to a request for additional clarifications/information received within 17 days prior to the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the request being considered to have been submitted late.
