1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting car to the OSP Stare Kałki, hereinafter referred to as the Equipment. 2. The equipment must meet the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The equipment must be brand new and come from the manufacturer's official distribution channel for the Polish market.
