1. The subject of the contract is the Service ‘Performance of maintenance services together with supervision of the proprietary Infomedica + system for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.’ 2. The order should be performed to the extent specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) - Annex I. 2B to the Invitation and in accordance with the conditions contained in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (Annex 3 to the Invitation). Modules under copyright supervision are described in Annex 2A to the Invitation - Price Form. 3. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 4.
