1) The subject of the order is to provide maintenance services and software updates for network devices used in the Supreme Court. 2) The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts: - Part No. 1 - Provision of Maintenance Services and Software Updates for Cisco Products, - Part No. 2 - Provision of Maintenance Services and Software Updates for Check Point Products. (2) Contractors who fulfil the conditions relating to technical or professional capacity may apply for the award of a contract: The Contracting Authority will consider this condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last 3 years counted back from the date on which the deadline for submission of tenders expires, and if the period of activity is shorter - during this period, he has duly performed or performs: a) for Lot 1 of the contract - at least 2 contracts (contracts) covering the provision of maintenance services and/or software updates for Cisco network devices with a service value of at least PLN 300,000 gross in each contract, b) for Lot 2 of the contract - at least 2 contracts (contracts) covering the provision of maintenance services and/or software updates for Check Point network devices with a service value of at least PLN 300,000 gross in each contract. 1.2. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract (consortium, partnership), the conditions for participation in the procedure may be fulfilled by one Contractor or jointly by all Contractors jointly applying for a contract.
