Description

The end-of-year illumination operation includes a purchase part and a rental part of street decoration items: guirlands, ‘street traversée’ patterns and pole, decorative accessories. This operation is limited in time: preparation, installation and removal to be carried out in 3 months from October and November by the municipal departments of Blagnac. The greatest choice is requested in the articles proposed in order to offer the population a variety of illuminations and changes. The city will be divided into 4 separate sectors. Each area will have to define a different theme with a three-yearly rotation planned for 3 quarters. Award of a framework agreement for each lot.
