The subject-matter of the contract shall be: a) the supply of audiovisual equipment in accordance with the list of elements set out in Annex 4 to the Documentation, including transport to the agreed place of performance, installation at the place of performance, implementation of wiring, configuration, programming, commissioning and verification of the functionality of all installed equipment and other components of the goods, training of designated employees of the buyer and provision of warranty service of the delivered goods; b) preparation of documentation for wiring according to the type of classroom 1x in electronic form; c) cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used in the actual installation in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended, from the place of performance; d) assembly and installation of all required components including accessories (holders, cables, drivers...); e) cooperation with a construction company - connection of technology to a pre-planned construction solution (connection to protectors, installation in ceilings, cable outlets in the ground); f) commissioning, adjustment and testing of individual components and equipment as a whole, handover to the user, training of AVT PdF UP technicians; the support provided via the telephone line must be available on working days at least from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; h) easy serviceability from the position of AVT PdF UP technician.
