1. The subject of the contract is: ‘Delivery of laboratory equipment’ The contract was divided into 4 independent lots: Part 1: System for inducing gels. Part 2: It's a thermocycler. Part 3: Set for agarose electrophoresis. Part 4: A set of scientific equipment for optometric tests. 2. The scope of the contract is described in detail in Annex 4 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. Detailed provisions for the implementation of the obligations relating to this contract are set out in the draft contract, attached as Annex 3 to the FTZ.
