Description

The Saale-Orla Waste Management Association (ZASO) intends to commission third parties to transport high-heat fractions from the treatment of household and bulky waste from the Wiewärthe Waste Treatment Centre (ABZ) in Pößneck to the Schwarza Thermal Recovery Plant (TVS). From the TVS in Rudolstadt/Schwarza, ash and slag from wet ash disposal or empty containers must then be taken back to the ABZ. The high calorific fractions (hwrF) as well as the ashes and slags are provided in containers pre-loaded by TVS or ZASO. The provision of appropriate containers is the responsibility of the TVS or the ZASO. The estimated monthly discharge volume of the hwrF to be transported amounts to approximately 2,200 tonnes and for the ashes and slags to approximately 1,200 tonnes. More detailed information on the origin, quantities and characteristics of the waste to be transported, the provision and the conditions for commissioning can be found in the following explanations. The tender specifications describe the requirements for the performance and special features of the transport as precisely as is currently possible for the ZASO. The tenderer is given the opportunity to obtain an overview of the local conditions on site in the TVS or ABZ itself before submitting his offer. Appropriate inspection appointments by appointment with the plant manager TVS (Mr Sinnreich, tel. +49(0)3672/4765621) or plant manager ABZ (Mr Achtel, tel.: +49(0)3647/4313923) are recommended by the client.
