1. Name of the contract: Complementary purchase and replacement of CISCO UCS equipment. 2. The subject of the contract is*: 2.1. Delivery to the Purchaser's Location of Equipment and Software; 2.2. Execution of installation and implementation services; 2.2.a** Execution of Post-Implementation Documentation along with transfer of copyrights to Post-Implementation Documentation and dependent rights; 2.3. Training of the Employer's employees in the form of training workshops; 2.4. Provision of the Website; 2.5. Provision of Ordered Service; 2.6. The provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a quality guarantee for the Equipment, including the Software provided. 3.
