Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide an outsourced S3 archiving solution for the Rubrik solution. The contract is broken down into tranches: - Firm slice: initial implementation, supply, maintenance in operational conditions of the target solution and overall market management – Conditional tranche: reversibility phase. This contract comprises services treated at a mixed price, comprising a fixed-price share and a unit-price share treated with order forms in accordance with Articles R 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Order Code. The services at unit prices will be carried out when the need arises within the following limits: - minimum annual amount: without - maximum annual amount: EUR 250 000 excluding VAT – maximum amount over the total duration of the contract (including all renewals): 1 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax
