Description

Lot 03 follows the consultations for the preliminary and early works (establishment of the life base, fencing, empowerment of certain premises of the centre and assembly of the scaffolding), and is positioned before the calls for tenders for the rest of the "general" works. This batch of ­ Debunking ­ Curage ­ Reuse aims to remove some of the materials, including those containing asbestos and lead, as part of the "Pompidou 2030" renovation project. It includes the removal of PICAL panels from facades, insulation, seals, leaded paints, mixing boxes, and contaminated networks, as well as the decontamination of metal structures to allow their reuse. The work, carried out on unoccupied sites and under strict confinement (levels 1 to 3), requires additional investigations to remove the reservations of the diagnosis, particularly in plenums and technical areas. The methodology combines robotic disassembly, scraping, THE suction, and high-pressure cleaning, with rigorous waste management towards approved sectors. This service, phased and coordinated with the other lots, is essential to secure the site and prepare the future fitting-out of the building.
