Description

This invitation to tender covers all so-called multifunctionality located within the premises of the University of Utrecht. A multifunctional combination shall, as a minimum, combine the following functionalities: printing (in black and white and colour), copying and scanning. The multifunctionality is connected to the university network. This invitation to tender covers all aspects of multifunctional use at the University of Utrecht. The scope consists of: Delivery of approximately 260 multifunctionalities (lease, no purchase) The full daily management (bottle management) including pro active malfunction resolution, repairs, guarantee availability of paper, etc. At the request of the Contractor, take back and move multifunctionality as Implementation of follow-me The blank paper to be used Print paid for students, external clients and guests. Invoicing leasing and running costs to the organisational units All software needed for accounting and registration and other servers. The supplier is responsible for supplying, installing and installing the multifunctionality. In addition, day-to-day management (delivery and refilling of paper, staples and toners) and proactive, reactive and periodic maintenance, identification and dissolution of the first and second level technical support are transferred to the supplier as a whole.
