Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of LAN network switches for the Energy Regulatory Office. The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the FTZ entitled: Detailed description of the subject of the order. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 2 to the FTZ. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. The Contracting Authority does not envisage that the Contractor will carry out an on-site visit. The Ordering Party requires the lodging of a security. The Contracting Authority shall not require the lodging of a security for the proper performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves that it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor in accordance with point 9.18 of the FTZ.
