Description

As part of the VgV procedure with proposals for solutions, an architect’s office is now to be identified for the construction of a new mensa with classrooms at the school site of the Riedsee School.
For out-of-school services as part of the rhythmised whole day, the relevant rooms provided for in the Stuttgart standard for all-day primary schools are missing.
To date, the school lacks a corresponding mensa for food services in all-day operations.
At the same time, additional space is needed for teaching areas and teacher bases (approximately 1 500 m² BGF).
A BGF of approximately 500 m² (including the foyer area) is planned for the mensa.
The total cost is EUR 3150000 net for the KGR 300 + 400.
