Description

As the contracting authority, MÁV Passenger Transport Zrt. wishes to submit a tender to the Public Procurement Act as a result of the present public procurement procedure. It wished to conclude a framework agreement under Section 105(1)(c) for the purchase of 54 new single-current HÉV vehicles (Electric motor trains), training of staff and drivers responsible for operation, 1 set of operational start-up kits, tools and equipment necessary for daily operation, provision of manufacturer’s supervision, simulation equipment and an envelope amounting to 30 % of the net purchase price of 1 set of operational start-up kits for the purchase of additional operational start-up kits. The aim of the agreement is that, if the source is available, all vehicles can be ordered with related services (education/training, provision of documentation), start-up kits and the necessary tools, equipment, manufacturer's supervision and simulation equipment (detailed in the attached draft framework agreement and technical specifications). The contracting authority shall not undertake any obligation to place an order by concluding the framework agreement.
