Description

Rental and maintenance of multifunctional toner-based printing and copying systems/digital printing machines for professional production printing.
Scope:
— Renting of the proposed hardware and software, including the necessary software licences;
— Maintenance service for the hardware and software offered, including all necessary consumables, spare parts, software updates and upgrades;
— Transport, supply and installation of all components, dismantling and collection after the end of the contract;
— Training and training of staff;
— Duration: 60 months, start 1.11.2016, end 31.10.2021;
— Option to extend the contracting authority for a further 12 months.
