Description

The clients have decided to draw up a joint call for tenders in order to draw up a framework contract for collective health insurance for each lot. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to be sector-by-sector; VNG, IPO and UvW, to conclude one (1) framework contract with up to three (3) contractors.
The framework contract for Lot 1 (VNG) is for the period of three (3) years; i.e. from 1.1.2017 to 1.1.2020, where the developer has one (1) optional renewal year, which could make the possible end date 1.1.2021. The framework contract for both Lot 2 (IPO) and Lot 3 (UvW) are for the period of four (4) years, i.e. from 1.1.2017 to 1.1.2021, with the clients choosing not to include an optional extension. The successful tenderers will decide individually, for each lot, on the award decision.
