The contracting authority wishes to respond to the needs identified within the hospital, based on the report of necessity no.96/17.02.2025 updated by ref. 149/11.03.2025 approved by the management of the unit and endorsed by Decision no. 1/20.02.2025 of the Administrative Council of the Satu Mare Emergency County Hospital, updated according to the publication of CANAMED changes starting with 01.03.2025.The mission of SJUSM is to provide a quality medical act, in a safe and comfortable environment, so that patients receive the best care.The basic principle of our quality policy is patient orientation to identify their needs and expectations as accurately as possible and to satisfy them by providing individualized care, treating the patient in his uniqueness and not as a general conceptualized patent disease. In order to achieve the specific objectives of the institution, the role of medicines provided to patients is indispensable because it directly influences the medical act, the patient's degree of satisfaction and the results obtained.We cannot afford to endanger the health and life of patients by exposing them to the risks associated with the lack of medicines.Thus, in the context of the above mentioned, in order to ensure the continuity of the supply of medicines, the contracting authority organized the present procurement procedure. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: CS: yearly or whenever necessary, depending on the number of admissions. CA: For each lot, cant est min and cant est max in accordance with the provisions of the CS-ANNEX; CS: For each lot, cant est max in accordance with the provisions of the CS-ANNEX; CS: For each batch, max. of a CS in accordance with the provisions of the CS-ANNEX; Subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the needs of the contracting authority, the minimum and maximum quantities being estimated.
