Description

The subject of this contract is the design and implementation of the Bielski District Information System (SIOT) in order to:
— optimising decision-making processes through efficient electronic communication and shortening access time to documents and necessary information, increasing the efficiency and quality of these processes,
supporting space management,
— improving the operation of crisis management services,
— the provision of online information and the development of e-services that meet the needs of citizens, businesses and institutions,
— to improve the work of the district authority in Bielsko-Biała by improving the handling of the petitioner and the day-to-day work of the civil servant.
The following services will be provided under this contract:
— construction of application software of the Bielski District Information System,
— implementation of the system with its data feed,
— system user training and delivery:
— purchase of servers, computer kits, peripheral equipment and software,
— purchase of an air conditioner for a server room.
A detailed description of the technical guidelines and mandatory requirements of the Contracting Authority with regard to application software, hardware and equipment is set out in the ‘Technical Terms and Conditions attached as Annex 1 to the Draft Contract.
