The subject of the contract is the purchase of 2 light rescue and firefighting cars with equipment. The contract consists of two lots: Part I – Purchase of a rescue and firefighting car for the TSO Kremenev The detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part I is set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ Part II – Purchase of a rescue and firefighting car for the TSO Dalickev The detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part II is set out in Annex 1b to the SWZ 2.2. A built-in and equipped vehicle shall comply with the requirements set out in Annex 1a – OPZ (for part I). I) and Annex 1b – GIP (for part I) II) 2.3. It is required that the offered car is a brand new, produced in 2024/2025, model currently produced by the manufacturer. 2.4. Minimum required warranty and guarantee period: 24 months. The guarantee period is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. 2.5. Notes and additional requirements: a) It is desirable that the technical solutions, equipment, materials and equipment used are of high quality ensuring long and reliable operation, and that all equipment, works and installations not specifically mentioned in the standards or regulations are carried out in accordance with the Contractor's best practice and experience, including: - all proposed materials and equipment should come from reputable and proven manufacturers who ensure efficient post-warranty repairs, delivery of spare parts, etc.; it is not allowed to use prototype materials and devices, not checked in proper operation, - when selecting materials and devices, it is necessary to strive to standardize manufacturers and types, b) Requirements to be met by the contractor: - The contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject-matter of the contract. - Due diligence is required when performing the obligations of the contract, - Arrangements and decisions regarding the performance of the contract will be agreed by the contracting authority with the contractor's appointed representative. - Determination by the contractor of contact telephones and other arrangements necessary for the efficient and timely performance of the contract. 2.6. Project: “Purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles for TSO units from the municipality of Dalików” is co-financed under the regional programme European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027. 2.7. The Contractor undertakes to place on the purchased rescue and firefighting vehicle a marking made of durable material with information about the funding obtained, the model of which the Contracting Authority will provide to the selected Contractor after signing the contract.
