Invitation to market dialogue with relevant tenderers for the project Akuttmottak Levanger and Namsos,
Nord-Trøndelag Regional Health Authority (HNT) has started a project for planning the upgrading of the emergency reception centres at Levanger and Namsos hospitals. The project is managed by Sykehusbygg HF and is in the concept phase. The project has been through a comprehensive participation process with employees, users and management. The recommended main alternatives will facilitate modern emergency rooms with sufficient capacity, good patient pathways and future development possibilities for both hospitals. The Hospital Levanger does not have available areas for new buildings in connection with the emergency room. An expansion of the area must therefore occur by reorganised existing areas, which means that other activities must be relocated. This triggers the need for replacement areas for the functions that are displaced. The project in Levanger therefore consists of a number of major and minor alterations in the existing buildings. The extension to the existing emergency centre is in Namsos. The objective of the market dialogue is to examine interest in the market. We would like to get in touch with companies (contractors, architect/consultants, equipment suppliers, technical suppliers) who can be relevant tenderers for all or parts of the project, in order to get input for the planned contract competitions. The concept phase will end in autumn 2025 and will be presented for a decision on continuation to the preliminary project.
