Germany-Augsburg: Architectural services for buildings
The district of Augsburg intends to set up a professional school centre in Neusäß. The school centre consists of the vocational schools for economics and administration (HNF 923 m²), agriculture (HNF 984 m²) and vocational preparation (HNF 156 m²), the upper specialised college (HNF 1 999 m²), the vocational secondary school (HNF 234 m²), the vocational colleges for house economy (HNF 1 003 m²), childcare (HNF 779 m²), library and teacher rooms (HNF 470 m²), administration (HNF 407 m²) and the general area (HNF740 m²). The total HNF is approximately 7 700 m². The integration of learning landscapes must be taken into account in planning. There is a strong emphasis on sustainability and cost-effectiveness in production, operation and maintenance costs. In particular, energy consumption should be optimised, taking into account economic efficiency. The subject of the contract is building and indoor spatial planning in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, Service Phases 3 (Sub-Services) and service phases 4-9. The assignment shall be carried out in stages. Initially, the services up to and including phase 5 will be contracted. The following dates are envisaged as contractual deadlines: Planning start date: 15.10.2013, submission of building application: 1.2.2014, start of construction: 15.3.2015, Reliance: 15.8.2016.
