Description

1. The subject of the order are deliveries of passenger cars of segment D and L4H3 vans to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into two separate sub-tasks: 1) Equal passenger cars of segment D in the unmarked version – 20 units, including 10 units under the guaranteed order (delivery until 19.12.2025) and 10 units under the option right (the contract will be valid until 18.12.2026), 2) Equal vans L4H3 in the unmarked version – 2 units, including 1 units under the guaranteed order (delivery until 19.12.2025) and 1 units under the option right (the contract will be valid until 18.12.2026). 2. The full description of the subject of the contract, including the technical specifications of the vehicles, are contained in Annexes No 8/1-2 to the FTZ. The contracting authority does not allow vehicles that do not meet the technical parameters required in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Technical specifications.
