The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for pupils along with care for: 1) Primary School for Coast Defenders in Jarosławiec, Primary School in Pieszcz, Primary School in Ppor. Emilia Gierczak in Postomina, Maria Grzegorzewska Special Educational Centre for Disabled Children and Adolescents in Sławno, providing a ride, after completing classes, to the place of residence. The service is to be provided on school days, from 01.09.2026 to 25.06.2027. The carriage is to be carried out according to the course of regular communication lines with priority for children and young people - on the basis of monthly personal tickets, taking into account the statutory reductions in public transport available to pupils, specified in the Act of 20 June 1992 on entitlements to reduced travel by public transport (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 380 as amended). The implementation of the service is to enable pupils and children to travel by bus from their place of residence to school and from school to their place of residence, taking into account the start and end hours of school classes, as well as adjusting the number of courses and the capacity (number of seats) of buses in accordance with the applicable law in this area and in accordance with the lists contained in the FTZ: 1) List No. 1 - Number of pupils and children transported to schools from individual localities, 2) List No. 2 - List of starting hours of school activities in individual schools, 3) List No. 3 - List of pupils' carriages after classes, 4) List No. 4 - List of stopping places of the vehicle (stops). The Contractor, taking into account the description of the subject of the contract and all the conditions set by the Ordering Party, decides how many vehicles will perform the service. The contractor will provide a fleet adequate to the number of students and the timetable, guaranteeing everyone a seat. Care cannot be provided by the bus driver. In each bus, children and pupils will be looked after by a carer employed for this purpose. The guardian takes care of the children, takes care of their safety during their transport and when getting on and off the vehicle. One guardian will be employed by the Municipality of Postomino - to service primary schools in Pieszcz and Staniewice (the transport for these schools is organized by one common bus). The Contractor will hire carers for the other buses intended for the service. Prices of monthly tickets must take into account all costs and include the Contractor's remuneration for all activities related to the performance of the contract, including the remuneration of guardians.Children are to be brought to school not earlier than 35 minutes and not later than 5 minutes before the start of school activities. The Contractor is obliged to: 1) ensure that the rolling stock is safe and necessary for the carriage of all children and pupils being transported, with an adequate number of seats in the vehicles, corresponding to the number of children currently being transported. Vehicles used for transporting pupils must be fully technically operational and guarantee full safety when transporting children in accordance with the applicable law, be marked according to the nature of the services provided, kept clean and heated during the winter period, 2)provide services using buses of the year of production 2005 or younger, with the proviso that if the Contractor, under the criterion ‘year of production of buses’, offers buses of, for example, the year of production 2005 or younger, the service will be provided with vehicles of the year of production in accordance with the submitted offer throughout the duration of the contract.
