The purpose of this invitation to tender is to conclude a contract for the provision of life and disability insurance services for the benefit of insured persons, i.e. EESC members, delegates of the Advisory Commission, their alternate members and members. The insurance covers cases of illness/accident/disappearance/death, loss/theft of personal belongings, accidental death/permanent disability of insured persons. Global coverage is limited to the days of activity of insured persons on behalf of the EESC (days of participation in meetings/missions or events), inside or outside the walls, and during related journeys, authorised by the EESC. The duration of the exercise shall be from the insured person’s place of residence until his or her return to his or her place of residence.
