The purpose of the competition is to select an offer for the subsequent granting of an administrative concession of occupation of public port domain for the implementation of a business center for technology and innovation aimed at entrepreneurship, offices, training and events in the EFO 16 NAVE of the Marina of Valencia, under the provisions of Article 86 of the Revised Text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Navy, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of September 5, and other provisions that may be applicable.
