The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out preventive, curative (including on-site operations) and evolutionary maintenance of equipment, technical advice and developments (e.g. automation and convergence of networks and telephony), equipment additions, licensing), remote maintenance, technical support, documentation and skills transfer, obsolescence management and technology watch. Levels of availability of expected services: H24 - 7/7 in GTI and GTR according to the definition of the criticality of the equipment.
