Description

Lot 1: The maintenance of the green roof includes the maintenance of the green roofs mainly with sedum species, interspersed with perennials, the roofs covered with gravel and individual roof sections without construction. It also includes the care of the edge strips made of gravel and selectively in combination with concrete slabs. On one of the buildings there are two areas to be maintained under raised gratings. The control and cleaning of the roof drains is also included in the maintenance of the roof greening. Work is to be carried out on buildings with 1 to 6 floors. The roof areas can only be reached by stairwells, except for two buildings (one building above the escape gate on the outside, one building via elevator to the penultimate floor). The areas are divided into approximately 12,160 m2 of green roofs and approximately 5,100 m2 of gravel roofs. The length of the gravel and concrete slab strips is about 3,560 m, the area under grating is about 120 m2. Lot 2: The winter service includes the clearing and scattering of the driving and footpaths, parking lots, bicycle parking spaces, entrance areas, escape routes, standing areas, air conditioning units as well as the steps of the stairways, both by machine and by hand, inside and outside the Pfizer area.
