Door middel van deze vooraankondiging wil de gemeente Kampen geïnteresseerde partijen in een vroeg stadium attenderen op deze opdracht. Zodat geïnteresseerde marktpartijen alvast kennis kunnen nemen van de nog nader te publiceren opdracht in maart 2025. De gemeente Kampen wenst per 1-9-2025 één opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor het bieden van taalonderwijs aan Oekraïense ontheemden op taalniveaus A1, A2, B1 en B2 in Kampen . De taallessen dienen gegeven te worden door een NT2 gecertificeerde docent. 1
