Die Helios Kliniken GmbH schreibt im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens eine zentrale Entlassmanagement-Plattform für die Standorte der Helios-Kliniken in Deutschland aus. Der Betrieb erfolgt zentral durch die zentrale Helios-IT. Die Nutzung erfolgt in den jeweiligen Standorten. Die Beauftragung erfolgt durch die Helios Kliniken GmbH. Es werden EVB-IT Verträge nach den in den Vergabeunterlagen enthaltenen Musterverträgen abgeschlossen.
