Description

SNCF is looking for companies capable of producing all the items in the cloakroom of the new SNCF PPE working clothes for production agents.
There are two types of PPE clothes:
— M3 clothing meeting standards:
NF EN 340, NF EN 471 orange class 2, NF EN 1149-5, NF EN 13034 type 6
— garment M 6 meeting standards:
NF IN 340,
NF EN 471 orange class 2,
NF IN 1149-5,
NF EN 13034 type 6,
NF EN ISO 11 611 Class 2,
NF EN ISO 11 612 A1, B1, C1,
IEC 61 482-2 (4 kA).
These PPE working clothes must be capable of being washed industrially in accordance with standards NF EN ISO 15 797 and NF EN ISO 6330.
The SNCF activities concerned are mainly: Infrastructure, Materials, Freight, Travel and Proximities.
The contract is divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Specific PPE work clothing for infrastructure
Lot 2: Specific PPE work clothing for the activity of materials, trunks and journeys.
The cloakroom could consist of: jackets, trousers, long and short sleeves, reversible jackets, parkas.
The service consists mainly of:
— Certification of clothing to standards
— The taking of a measure (if any)
Control through a suitable information system
— The making of cloakroom items,
— Supply and storage on a platform.
— Complete distribution logistics either directly to SNCF sites or to one or more maintenance provider (s).
