1. The subject of the contract is the supply of server equipment for the needs of the Stalowa Wola City Hall and units subordinate to the Stalowa Wola Commune. 2. The project is supported by BGK from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan from investment C4.1.1. – Support for advanced digital transformation. 3. The scope of the contract includes: - server type 1 - 6 pcs. - disk array type 1 – 4 pcs. - 48 ports network switch - 5 pcs. - Fiber optic switch 24 SFP+ ports - 1 pc - SFP inserts - 10 pieces - SFP+ inserts - 12 pcs. - disks for EZD RP disk arrays – 51 units 4. Equipment offered as part of the subject of the contract must: a) meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, b) comply with the specified parameters/functionality, c) be brand new and complete (with full wiring), d) be assembled, tested and ready for use, e) be originally packaged, in packaging described as to their content, f) be marked by the manufacturer in such a way that it is possible to identify both the product and the manufacturer, g) be of high quality and free from defects and from encumbrances of third parties' rights, h) come from legal sources, i) be approved for use in a public institution, j) meet the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts, if they relate to the subject-matter of the contract, 6. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying, inter alia, the parameters of the equipment required by the Contracting Authority, is also included in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Material and Price Form. 7. The contractor together with, among others. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract by its own transport, including unloading, bringing to the indicated rooms, unpacking at its own expense, during the hours and working days of the City Hall in Stalowa Wola. 11. The Central Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract on the spot with the Contracting Authority. 13. Detailed requirements concerning the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ. 14. The contractor/resource provider, in order to confirm that the conditions for participation in the procedure are met, may limit itself to filling in Section "α" of Part IV of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD): ‘Qualification criteria’ and does not need to complete any of the other sections in Part IV of the SED. 15. The Central Contracting Authority does not specify specific requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Art. 2 point 2 of the PPL Act. The Central Contracting Authority shall not specify requirements relating to the employment of persons by the Contractor pursuant to Art. 1 of the PPL Act.
