Description

The purpose of the notice is the selection of a Contractor for the project “Development of applications and services at the GHMI IIS for the clearance of data, the imposition of administrative penalties and the establishment of debts”. Brief scope of the project is: • Extension of the IIS GEMI with additional new functions and procedures to meet operational needs in the context of the administrative penalties of the GGEMI as referred to in Article 50 of Law 4919 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 71/07-04-2022). • development of a mechanism for updating the data of the GEMI, both once (mass initial clearance) and on a continuous basis (with the development of relevant automated mechanisms for continuous updating) • the provision of services, using the already developed IT infrastructure that uses the corresponding web service for the establishment of debts of the GGPS Interoperability Centre, in order to establish uncollected annual fees for the maintenance of a GGEMI account for the years 2019 to 2023 • the adaptation of the GGEMI IIS with additional possibilities as required by the certificate of the above years.
