— industrial planning of maintenance activities is currently carried out using heterogeneous IT Excel tools, specific to each unit. When planning, these tools do not take into account stock levels or train availability in their calculation. This excludes the possibility of smoothing maintenance operations over time and thus making economic gains;
— the MRF (Railway Rolling Stock) department has decided to adopt a cross-cutting planning tool. This new tool must respond to the search for the Department’s economic and strategic performance through smooth planning of all the department’s maintenance operations over the short, medium and long term.
