The invitation to tender for food and non-food for Stichting ROC Summa College (hereinafter Summa College) and Stichting ROC de Leijgraaf (hereinafter: de Leijgraaf). On behalf of the 2 organisations, Summa College will act as a leader throughout the procurement process.
The contracting authority wishes to commit a supplier who is specialised in the supply of food, beverages and specialty products for hospitality companies and, in this case, educational establishments with training for the hospitality sector. Cheese and wine will not be included in the scope of Summa College. For the Leijgraaf, disposables and wine will not be included in the scope of this invitation to tender. Where contracting authorities decide to purchase these products from the successful tenderer, the same conditions as those laid down in the descriptive document shall apply. In Chapter 1.2 of the descriptive document, detailed information on the scope is available for hands.
