Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of subscriptions to software on the Contracting Authority’s equipment, together with a technical support service for the Red Hat, MySQL and ZABBIX software.
Conditions for the provision of technical assistance:
• access to technical support in Polish (email, web, telephone),
• dedicated technical contact for the Contracting Authority in Polish,
• the provision of technical assistance according to the following SLA,
• 200 hours of remote consultation during the duration of the contract,
• 300 hours of remote consultation during the term of the contract under the option right.
The provision of technical assistance must be carried out by a team of engineers holding the following certificates:
• Red Hat Certified Architect,
• Red Hat Certified Datacenter Specialist,
• Red Hat Certified Security Specialist,
• JBoss Certified Application Administrator.
