The provision of catering services, namely the preparation, preparation and daily delivery of food in compliance with the level of the food allowance established by Law No 143/2022, for the beneficiary persons within the social assistance centres subordinated to the contracting authority, in order to provide food to the beneficiaries under a protection measure, who, due to economic, physical, mental or social reasons, do not have the opportunity to ensure their social needs, to develop their own capacities and skills for active participation in social life, in accordance with the tender specifications.
