Description

Provision of catering services, namely the preparation, preparation and daily delivery of food in compliance with the level of the food allowance established by Law No 143/2022, for beneficiary persons in social assistance centres under the authority of the contracting authority, in order to provide food to beneficiaries under a protection measure who, due to economic, physical, mental or social reasons, are unable to meet their social needs, to develop their own capacities and skills for active participation in social life, in accordance with the tender specifications. The time limit within which the contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications or additional information is 11 days, before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that such requests will be addressed within the time limit laid down in Section I of the contract notice. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18.
